Sagrada Medicina presents the progress of "Tobacco Sagrada Medicina presents the progress of "Tobacco Spirit" acrylic on canvas, Music: Eva del Lago Very often the elements of a painting change from the sketch to the final painting. In this case I had various second thoughts and made tests. For me, painting this picture was a work of healing my relationship with tobacco. A beautiful sacred plant cannot be considered neurotic love-hate, or slavery, or palliative cure for relaxation. I went through these months in which I wanted to light one cigarette after another, throwing away the work done so far to be free from any addiction. In painting my tribute to the spirit of the plant, I took care of this connection in myself, without effort, without guilt, without stress, with love and respect. I thanked the tobacco as never before and he left me free and blissful: sometime brush can become a magic wand! En este caso, tuve varias dudas e hice pruebas. Para mí, pintar este cuadro fue un trabajo para sanar mi relación con el tabaco. Una hermosa planta sagrada no puede considerarse amor-odio neurótico, esclavitud o cura paliativa para la relajación. Pasé por estos meses en los que quería encender un cigarrillo tras otro, tirando el trabajo hecho hasta ahora para librarme de cualquier adicción. Al pintar mi homenaje al espíritu de la planta, cuidé esta conexión en mí mismo, sin esfuerzo, sin culpa, sin estrés, con amor y respeto.
